Report: Fin minister: 2022 GDP to fall 2.7%, fall to continue
MOSCOW, Dec 29 (PRIME) -- Russia's gross domestic product (GDP) is to decrease 2.7% in 2022 and will continue to fall in 2023, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told channel Rossiya 24 on Thursday.
"Although the GDP is declining, these are not double-digit figures. The latest data signals a 2.7% GDP fall this year," Siluanov said.
The Finance Ministry will pursue a positive trend in 2023, but a small decrease is forecasted, he said.
